Terms & Conditions 999 Bar –

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you as the user and 999 Bar as the provider of the online betting platform. These Terms apply to all services offered by 999 Bar, including slots, live casino, Sports Betting, and all other features on the platform.

To register and use the 999 Bar platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Not on any self-exclusion list or betting prohibition list maintained by any relevant authority.
• Possess full mental and legal capacity to make financial decisions.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or use a false identity.
• Register one (1) account only – multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Not involved in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.

999 Bar reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at 999 Bar. Owning multiple accounts under a single individual is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all fund balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, phone number, email address, and any other details requested. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account closure without compensation.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the name registered on your account matches the name on the payment method used – the account holder name for your bank account or e-wallet such as Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay, or Boost must match your 999 Bar account name. A name mismatch may result in withdrawal delays or rejection.

999 Bar accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through legitimate and secure local Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Payment methods accepted at 999 Bar are: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local Malaysian banks). 999 Bar does not accept any payment methods that are foreign or not listed here.

All withdrawal requests are subject to security checks and KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. 999 Bar reserves the right to request supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits. Withdrawals will only be processed to the account registered under the same member's name.

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by 999 Bar are subject to specific terms set for each respective promotion. These terms include wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and bonus withdrawal limits.

General terms applicable to all bonuses at 999 Bar:

• Each member is entitled to claim each promotional bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless the relevant promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• 999 Bar reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or any attempt to exploit the bonus system.
• Any winnings obtained through misuse of bonuses will be forfeited in full.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe; otherwise, the bonus and any associated winnings will expire automatically.
• The maximum bet while using bonus funds is RM 20 per spin or wager, unless otherwise stated.

All games available at 999 Bar – including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Sports Betting on the Malaysia Super League, EPL, and badminton – are conducted in accordance with their respective game rules, which can be found within each game's interface.

The following applies to all games on the 999 Bar platform:

• All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited to ensure results are random and fair.
• Any technical issues that occur during a game session will be resolved in accordance with the game rules set by the relevant game provider.
• In the event of a system failure or internet disconnection during gameplay, the outcome recorded in the 999 Bar system will be considered final.
• 999 Bar reserves the right to void any bets placed as a result of technical errors, odds errors, or other exceptional circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change from time to time.

To ensure a safe and fair gaming experience for all 999 Bar members, the following activities are is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised tools for gameplay.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or Live Casino games.
• Exploiting bugs, system glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Creating multiple accounts to evade a ban or to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Money laundering or the use of funds obtained through illegal means.
• Making threats, harassment, or insults directed at 999 Bar staff or other members.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the 999 Bar system.
• Sharing your account credentials or allowing another party to use your account.

999 Bar uses an advanced monitoring system to detect suspicious activity. Any confirmed violation will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and a report to the relevant authorities where necessary.

You are solely responsible for keeping your 999 Bar account login credentials secure, including your username and password. It is strongly recommended that you use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.

Security measures recommended by 999 Bar:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Review your account activity regularly and contact support immediately if you notice anything suspicious.
• Do not click on unknown links claiming to be from 999 Bar – we will never ask for your password via email or SMS.

999 Bar will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

999 Bar reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term within this Terms & Conditions document.
• Providing inaccurate or false information during registration.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system abuse.
• Self-exclusion request by the member.
• Legal compliance requirements or directives from the relevant authorities.

Members who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the 999 Bar customer support team via live chat or email at support@999bar.net. All valid fund balances will be returned to the member once the verification process is complete, provided no investigation is currently ongoing.

999 Bar shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 999 Bar's control.
• Betting outcomes a member considers unfair but which have been verified by the audited RNG system.
• Financial losses incurred by a member as a result of their own betting activity.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from a member's own negligence in protecting their login credentials.
• Transaction processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

999 Bar reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

We will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via in-platform notices or email. However, it remains your responsibility as a member to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest version.

Continued use of the 999 Bar platform after any changes to these Terms are published will be considered your acceptance of the amended Terms.
